Click on a heading to see its options. To collapse a heading, click on it again or
choose a different heading. In this version of the menu page, you can have multiple
sections open at the same time, i.e. opening one menu section doesn't close any others.
None of the hyperlinks in this menu are active - to use them, just replace the '#' in
their HREF= attributes. If you're using this menu in a frame, you'll also need to add a
TARGET="framename" attribute to each hyperlink.
